We have spent the last 20 years working in the business and technology world, much of it solving problems for people who just wanted their systems to work. With a master’s degree in Cybersecurity, you can feel confident knowing your technology is in safe hands.

But the degree isn't really why I started Tech Valet. Twenty years in this field taught me that most people don't want a lecture on technology — they want someone patient, who explains things in plain English, and who treats their time and their trust with respect. That's especially true for the neighbors I work with here in the East Valley, many of whom just want their Wi-Fi to work, their photos safe, and a real person to call when something feels confusing.
